Plaza Home Mortgage took two big steps on its leadership team, naming Michael Fontaine co-president – sharing the role with Kevin Parra – and Michelle Richardson as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Fontaine has been with Plaza for 17 years and was the previous CFO. Richardson joined in 2019 with experience at LoanDepot, Icon Residential and IMPAC Mortgage.
