Investing.com – German stocks were higher after Friday's close as gains in the sectors and sectors drove higher stocks.

The top performers in the MDAX were Aixtron SE (DE 🙂 rose 7.68% to 17.942, K & S AG (DE 🙂 rose 5.58% to 8.848 and Fraport AG (DE :), which gained 4.03% and closed at 45.485.
The worst performers were Sartorius AG VZO O.N. (DE :), which fell 3.42% in late trade to 469,200, Varta AG (DE 🙂 which lost 3.43% to at 129,500 and Evotec AG ON. (DE :), which fell 2.26% to 34.580 at the close.
The top performers in the TecDAX were Aixtron SE (DE :), which rose by 7.68% to 17.942. Drillisch AG (DE :), which grew by 4.07% to 24,310, and Infineon Technologies AG NA O.N. (DE :), which rose 3.85% to close at 36.633.
The worst performers were Sartorius AG VZO O.N. (DE :), which had fallen 3.42% to 469,200 in late trading, Varta AG (DE 🙂 which lost 3.43% and settled at 129,500, and Evotec AG O.N. (DE :), which fell 2.26% to 34.580 at the close.
Rising stocks outperformed falling stocks on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange by 409 to 269 and 22 ended unchanged.

Gold futures for April delivery rose 0.53%, or 9.35, to $ 1,784.35 a troy ounce. Elsewhere in commodities trading, crude oil for delivery in March fell 1.31% or 0.79 to $ 59.73 a barrel, while the oil contract for Brent fell 0.77% or 0.49 to 63.44 in April USD per barrel fell.
EUR / USD rose 0.35% to 1.2130 while EUR / GBP rose 0.10% to 0.8656.
The US dollar index futures fell 0.34% to 90.290.
