He is also the founder and president of Making Strategy Happen, a consulting firm that helps committed leaders transform strategy and strategy ambition into reality. Previously, he held executive positions at The Atlanta Consulting Group and FedEx. Michael received a PhD in Human Performance Psychology from the University of British Columbia and helped coach their soccer team to a national championship, led strategic change initiatives in the corporate world, and consulted with CEOs and top management teams in North America for the past 25 years.
