Preparation and research to get excited about what you create and to consistently improve your craft. Shift your sphere of influence, avoid people who are fearful or play the victim, and surround yourself with positive people instead. Strengthen your mind and body as the effects of a workout can last up to 12 hours and build confidence. Know yourself, understand your strengths, visions and goals so that you are less affected by the hatred, insecurities and expectations of others
