Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the , and propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the stock was down 3.45% to hit a new 6-month low.
The best performers of the session on the were Chr Hansen Holding A/S (CSE:), which fell 0.62% or 3.4 points to trade at 549.2 at the close. In the meantime, Royal Unibrew A/S (CSE:) fell 0.81% or 6 points to end at 786 and Vestas wind Systems A/S (CSE:) fell 1.22% or 2.2 points to 174.0 at the close.
The worst performers of the session were GN Store North (CSE:), which fell 7.16% or 28.4 points to trade at 368.0 at the close. Demant A/S (CSE:) fell 5.70% or 16.9 points to end at 279.6 and Pandora A/S (CSE:) fell 5.17% or 39.0 points to 716.0.
Falling stocks outweighed rising stocks on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange 149 to 20 and 9 ended flat.
Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:) shares fell to 52-week lows; Down 1.22% or 2.2 to 174.0.
Crude oil for March delivery fell 2.68% or 2.28 to $82.86 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for April delivery fell 2.32% or 2.02 to $85.06 a barrel, while the February gold futures contract fell 0.10% or 1.85 to 1833 $.65 a troy ounce rose.
USD/DKK was up 0.28% to 6.5792, while EUR/DKK was up 0.04% to 7.4433.
US dollar index futures were up 0.40% to 96.015.
