The Wall Avenue Journal: WeWork in Dialogue to Join with SPAC or increase personal funding

WeWork is currently in talks to partner with a special-purpose acquisition company, according to those familiar with the matter, a deal the office leasing company hit the public markets more than a year after its high-profile failure to stage a traditional venture would lead to an IPO.

WeWork's board of directors and its chief executive Sandeep Mathrani have been pondering offers from a Bow Capital Management LLC affiliate SPAC and at least one other unidentified acquisition vehicle for several weeks. One deal could value WeWork at around $ 10 billion, some people said. It could not be found out whether this also included debt.
