At Entrepreneur, we're talking about constantly adapting and spinning your business, and this week's Get a Real Job guest has reached a pivotal point that I believe is the forefather of everyone. It's been 65 million years in the making.
Clayton Phipps was born into cattle breeding and discovered a dinosaur fossil on his family's land in 2003. He discovered one of the most famous fossils of all time, the duel dinosaurs, the remains of two dinosaurs involved in a deadly battle when they were immediately buried.

These days, Clayton, along with his 12-year-old son Luke and a small team of fossil experts, is exploring the wastelands of Wyoming, Montana, and the Dakotas to help ranchers and cowboys uncover valuable dinosaur bones hidden on their lands. And everything is captured in the new Discovery Channel show, Dino Hunters. (Episodes can be seen on Fridays at 9 a.m. or in the Discovery GO app.)
