The sudden and worldwide deployment of COVID-19 has compressed changes in the workplace and in the workforce – some new and others already underway – from years to just a few weeks. In particular, the work-from-home trend has changed the way people work overnight, not just for their existing employees, but also how they will continue to operate and grow even during the pandemic .
Adaptation to the work-from-home trend

This is also likely to be an integral part of the post-pandemic workforce, as will the distance learning, learning, and human resource development that make these technologies practical.
New working templates
Other work patterns that could change the traditional workplace are also emerging. A decline in middle management positions is one possibility.
