In business, a lack of results creates stress. Don't take your time when you are stressed. Instead, attack your problems head on. By being smarter and working strategically, you replace stress with confidence. Be aware of who is in your sphere of influence, like the people you listen to, and get their information to make or break you. Protect Your Health, Your Physical Health and Physical Health Mental health are related. Exercise and eat healthy. People take in too much. Make a not-to-do list and tell people "no". Put yourself first so you can reach a level where you can sit back and help others.
