According to LendingHome, the board of directors has appointed Michael Bourque as chief executive officer. Since joining the company in August 2018, he has been Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
Matt Humphrey, co-founder of LendingHome, has stepped down as chief executive officer and will continue to serve on the board of directors.
Bourque brings almost 20 years of leadership experience to the table and was CFO of Ocwen Financial Corp. before LendingHome.

Chrysalis Holdings has named David Olson as chairman and Kimberly Browne as president.
Olson, a Wall Street veteran, is the founder and CEO of Wind River Capital, a boutique investment bank. Previously, he was vice chairman of the financial institution's group at Piper Jaffray.
Browne, a former executive director of UBS, has also held senior positions at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Credit Suisse and Washington Mutual Capital.
Lodasoft has appointed Scott Gabel as the new Vice President of Sales.
Gabel brought more than a decade of sales and CRM experience to the company, previously with Mortgage Returns.
He also led sales and business development for Unify.
AmTrust Title Insurance Co. announced that Mary Shelley has joined the company as an underwriter for the Midwest agency, responsible for supporting agents in Ohio, Illinois, Kentucky and Michigan.
She has 35 years of experience in the title insurance and legal industries as a title reviewer and underwriter.
Shelley joins from Stewart Title where she served as the fiduciary and auditor for the National Commercial Services Group for the past five years.
SLK Global Solutions has promoted Mark Ramsey to Vice President Business Development National.
Ramsey, who has more than 17 years of experience in the title industry, joined SLK in 2018 as Vice President Business Development on the West Coast.
Prior to joining SLK Global Solutions, he worked at ServiceLink, Fidelity National Financial and Lender Processing Services.
