San Diego

According to Grind Analytics, Brian Benson has joined his leadership team as chief operations officer.

Prior to joining Grind Analytics, Benson most recently led the partner channel for Accenture Mortgage Cadence for three years, where he also served on the digital advisory boards of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Previously, he was CEO for ClosingCorp and spent 16 years in sales and operations at CoreLogic and First American.



Rick Seehausen has been named President and COO of Cherry Creek Holdings, where he will oversee all business operations, including IT, human resources, legal, accounting, marketing and compliance.

Prior to joining Cherry Creek Mortgage as Executive Vice President in 2019, Seehausen was the founder and CEO of LenderLive.



Promontory MortgagePath has hired Diane Capers and Greg Bruns to serve as regional vice presidents in the company's sales department.

Capers has business development experience with a variety of mortgage lenders, including Caliber Home Loans and Lenders One. Most recently she worked at Optimal Blue.

Bruns brings more than a decade of experience in commercial banking and mortgage technology.


Las Vegas

Legacy Home Loans expanded to South Carolina with the opening of three new offices in Columbia, Florence, and Greenville.

Todd Simon, with 17 years of experience in the bank finance industry, joins Legacy as the regional manager of the company's three South Carolina locations.

The company has also hired Jammie Jelks as its new Vice President of Operations.



Union Home Mortgage has named Victor Guerrero as Area Manager for the Pacific Southwest.

He is responsible for the growth and management of new and existing UHM offices in California, Arizona and Nevada.

Guerrero has over 24 years of experience in the mortgage lending business. Prior to joining UHM, he was the National Business Development Manager for AnnieMac Home Mortgage.
