1. Virtual assistant
It's easiest to do virtual assistants like data entry, customer service, email management, and calendar organization. Anything that needs to be automated or taken off your plate reduces decision making and small tasks that don't make the most of your time.
Virtual assistants often specialize in different types of tasks. So make a list of all the things that you could outsource first. Think of them as sub-task makers, sub-systems, and rationalization consultants. As they learn more about your company, they can help you scale and get on board more clients or other employees / freelancers.
An online business manager often plays a key role in strategy and acts as your "right hand", while a project manager makes sure all deadlines are met and plays a role that is more specific to managing other team members like the rest Your freelancers.
